Purchasing Products

Our site allows you to purchase Krud Kutter products. All transactions are subject to these Terms, our Shipping & Returns policy, and any additional terms indicated before checkout. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

All product details like pricing, availability, and options are subject to change without notice. Images may differ from actual products. While we aim for accuracy, inadvertent errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or inventory errors prior to order fulfillment.

Taxes and shipping/handling charges are added at checkout. You are responsible for any import duties or local taxes applicable to your orders.

We process orders during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm EST). Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is accepted and payment verified, we will make best efforts to fulfill and ship it promptly per our Shipping Policy. However, we cannot guarantee when an order will ship or arrive. Delivery dates on orders are estimated.

Payment Processing

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. When you provide payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total cost of your purchase.

We use third-party payment processing services to securely process payments. Card data is encrypted and not stored on our servers.

If you pay by credit card, we may validate name, address, and other information with third-party services to reduce fraud risk. Authorizing a payment constitutes permission for such validation tactics.

You must ensure your payment details are accurate and up-to-date prior to checkout. If a payment fails or your account does not hold sufficient funds, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We provide shipping throughout the continental United States with additional areas served through third-party partners. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). You must provide a valid shipping address containing a recipient name, street address, city, state, and zip code.

Delivery dates for orders are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. We perform best efforts to fulfill orders promptly based on stock availability and shipping method selected.

If an item you purchase is out of stock, we will attempt to notify you by email. You may choose whether to have backordered items delivered when stock is replenished or request order cancellation/refund.

We are unfortunately unable to ship products internationally or to territories outside the continental United States at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with any product you purchase from our site, you may return it for an exchange or refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions.

We accept returns and exchanges on most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method once items are verified upon return. Exchanged items are subject to product availability and the exchange shipping cost.

Clearance/closeout items, services, gift cards, and certain other products are ineligible for return or refund. Please review our policy before purchasing.

User Accounts

You may choose to register for an account on our website. We recommend maintaining a strong password and limiting account access. You are solely responsible for any account activity conducted with your credentials.

You may provide account/profile information like your name, email address, and interests to enable certain features. You control what information is visible publicly on your profile.

If you signed up through a third party like Facebook, your basic account information will be imported from their service. You may disable account linking at any time.

You may ask to permanently delete your user account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days whenever possible. We may retain some transaction history for accounting purposes.

While we aim for accuracy in product details, inadvertent errors and inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inconsistencies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability without notice.

We provide no guarantee regarding actual colors of products which may differ slightly from images. Variations are normal and due to photography lighting, display monitor differences, manufacturing, and other conditions.

We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of our site or inability to access it, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. This applies even if we were aware of the possibility of damages arising.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the internal laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflicts of laws principles. The federal and state courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our site.
